Tržič flika

Tržič flika is a typical dish in the Tržič area. A spread of sour cream and caraway seeds or jam is added to a round flat cake made of rolled out leavened dough. Traditionally, flika is baked in the ‘black kitchen’. You can prepare – and of course taste – it yourself at the Kurnik Museum House in the Old Town of Tržič.
