Idrija Žlikrofi Festival

Try the Idrija Žlikrofi, a dish so delicious it has its own festival! A former dish of the miners of the Idrija mercury mine, inscribed on the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, comes to life in many variations and revives this Idrija tradition in a modern way.
