Kvoče noodles

Kvoče noodles are a traditional Koroška dessert made from dough and filled with dried pears – called kvoce in Koroška, hence the name of the dish -, sugar, bread and some brandy. The noodles are cooked in salted cider and then covered with melted cracklings or fried breadcrumbs. You can try them in Slovenj Gradec.
