Trnič

If you climb the Velika Planina mountain, you will not only see the exceptional high pasture heritage, but will also be able to discover and taste the speciality of the mountain – the cheese trnič. Trnič is a dried pear-shaped cheese decorated with special ornaments. Shepherds once used them to show their love for their sweethearts.
